Abstract
|
|
|
A case of Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome associated with incomplete right bundle branch block which was very rare was presented with--brief review of literatures.
The patient was admitted to the hospital because of urinary problem. He has had recurrent palpitation and fluttering in the chest.
The routine electrocardiography demonstrated Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, type B.
He was administered 80mg of propronolol daily for 2 weeks in oder to prevent his episodic tachycardia and fluttering in the chest.
The electrocardiogram which was taken after 2 weeks of medication demonstrated incomplete right bundle branch block.
